Out of interest is it time we revised that outlook rather than a blanket ban? I mean that guy is clearly a potential safety by his stats. Pursuit, Tackle, Hit Power, Coverage profile and he’s not stupidly athletic that he gets any speed gains.

No, we're not changing the CB to S ban now. It is still much easier to find a slower CB with decent coverage skills than it is to find a S with similar attributes. It also wouldn't be fair to all the changes that have been denied up till now this year or for people who have passed on CBs in the draft or FA because they were too slow but could have been changed into good cover safeties.
