@bishbosh1985 G to T is a no because of size usually the guards are about 6'3 this guy is 6'6 300lb 

My other guard is also 6'6 300 +

I don't like guards over 6'5" unless you have a tall QB, which you do... But moving too many OTs inside I'm not okay with, he's got the athleticism to succeed at OT. See what the others say on the rule.

So where are you asking his permanent position to be? Yannick has a better Leo build if you're playing 43under hybrid look

LE would be main with an occasional switch to lolb Yannick doesn't have the speed i want

So it's a fowler switch from RE to LE... That's fine. Then if you're running hybrid, declare your scheme.

Okay for all, as a scheme suggestion you might get better XP if you flip Yannick and Fowler at OLB.

As for "hybrid-ish", try the Texans 3-4 playbook, they have a Nickel 4-2-5 where the OLBs/rushers put their hand in the dirt.

The 34 position changes are ok.
