Just as an opinion, Edmunds is a better user MLB than Donnerson (better height and agility), so Donny could benefit more at OLB than MLB? But then you can leave Edmunds on his own more than Donny. Edmunds will also see a ~4pt jump in OVR which is nice, but also makes him more costly at resign. (Seen your cap situation).

p.s. an increase in OVR also means the XP threshold of a player goes up, so Edmunds will develop more slowly at OLB.
