Should we shorten the Preseason to 1 game?

Should we shorten the Preseason to 1 game?
In the past the preseason was advanced one week per day so that we could quickly get to meaningful games but also allow owners to try out their new players in practice and games. However, this has made it difficult for most people to schedule games and as a result most owners went into the regular season without getting one practice game in anyway.
I am leaning towards shortening the preseason to 1 game. In this case everyone would have 3 days to schedule and play their Week 1 game or else be put on autopilot for the week. After Preseason Week 1 we would sim straight to the Regular Season.
We would still have the Free Agent Draft. Only reserved players could be signed in Week 1 of the Preseason and all remaining free agents would be available on a first come first serve basis starting in the Regular Season.
What do you guys want to do?

I enjoy getting to use my rookies without the worry of them costing me a game, voted no on shortening.
