As you've moved Jones already then you are forced to play in a Base 4-3 this season:

"Superstar and X-Factor players cannot have their positions edited unless they are a front 7 player (DE, DT, OLB, MLB) and you are changing from a 4-3 to 3-4 or vice versa. A change from 4-3 to 3-4 is only allowed once per coach, per season. These changes must also be posted and approved before editing. Any non-approved changes to Superstar or X-Factor players will result in an immediate 4 game ban for that player. "

43 Hybrids are more tricky than 34 Hybrids as if you don't monitor and spot-sub your line then it is more likely that you make a mistake during playcalling.

Our discussion was prior to this request was "why don't you use a 43 with Leo", which is a 43 scheme, uses a 43 playbook, but you move the Leo to play on the line in 43under and 43over and both the 43under and 43cover3 schemes both account for a Leo in the system. Then you get a hybrid-esque look without having to run a hybrid and is much easier and simpler out of a 43. To repeat, running a true 4-3hybrid requires a bit more attention and trust.
