Season 33: Unlimited Trade Rule

Season 33: Unlimited Trade Rule
Due to various changes in rules we have enacted to streamline madden and cfm this year, and a poll run during the season, it no longer makes sense to have trade number restrictions. The "top young player" rule will still be active but we propose to move to an unlimited trade system with flags.
You can propose as many trades as you want in a season.
All trades still require 3 committee approvals.
If you get a 2nd flag in a season (starts anew in resign week) then you lose the ability to propose trades that involve players for that season.
A flag is defined by:
Any trade that is rejected by 5 of the committee (5/5 no's)
A full reproposal of a trade to get 3 approvals counts (5 rejections and a reproposal counts as 2 flags to complete).
An egregious trade bust. (very lopsided trade - 2 Committee member declares as egregious).
A trade that contains more than 6 components - max 4 per side. (reducing standard existing limit from 8 as we can all make more trades)
A trade involving a 2nd player under 30 and over 90ovr.
Offering a player you have no rights to (sign and trade, impending free agent).
Proposing a trade on a pick or player that is currently active in another trade and not yet closed out.
Persistent badgering of the Committee on forum or telegram. (will be voted on by committee, not a single member calling out badgering).
For the flag system to work we will not allow consulting with committee on a trade before the proposal is made. Consulting on a trade preproposal counts as a flag.
Flags do not count against draft pick only trades as they are much easier to quantify.
A flag counts against both coaches in the trade, and a coach can't trade with 2 flags even if they're not the one initially proposing the trade.
This system is intended for coaches to assess their risk in attempting more complicated trades. So a coach can make a lot more simple bang-bang trades (picks for player), or risk a flag attempting to push through a big complicated trade and repropose. Its unlimited trading but if you push it then it can quickly become a 2 trade cap.
A flag will be declared by committee "throwing a trade flag" in forum or on telegram and records kept by committee.
As this is a new rule then committee reserve the right to update the flag system based on experience and player feedback.
