Twitch issues

Hi guys,
Im having issues naming my feeds. I change the name on every recording before i start but they still save as the previous weeks recording  for example i had 3 games today with 3 different names but it saved all three on rhe same name. Has any of you had this issue b4 and if so how did you fix it? Tried looking at settings all seem fine there.

I've had the same problem since day 1 Zill, I've just done a Google search ( other search engines are available) it's a ps4 issue... when you start your stream apparently you can go onto the twitch website and update title there,  not much help I know. 
Anyone else found a better solution?
